Cancellation policy
- If the Customer cancels some or all portions of the booking regardless of the reasons, the Customer agrees to pay cancellation fees as follows:
- 7 days before departure day: No cancellation charge
- 5 day before departure day : 50% of the tour price
- 3 day before departure day : Full charge of the tour price
